Kolar TourismKolar is a city in Karnataka, around 55 km from Bengaluru. Famous for its gold mines and milk-production industry, Kolar has been an important hub of Karnataka since 350 CE. It is currently one of the largest milk producers in the world and the largest in South India. It is a historic town, once known as the sacred Avantika-Kshetra, famous for its religious temples and spots.
